Ria,
This not correct. if you are on H visa in USA, you can definitely apply for Canadian Landed Immigration. In order to maintain your immigration in Canada, you have to stay atleast 2 years in Canada in a 5 year period.
Moreover, in order to fulfill your citizenship requirement, you have to be physically present in Canada for atleast 3 years.
I hope this helps.

i would say efile. You will get the file number immediately as opposed to the mai taking a couple of days to travel and then getting processed into the system. Ultimately, there might be a difference of upto 7 days between case numbers. The earlier your case number, the more advanageous your position will be.

Based on Perm Trackers in immigration.com, the rate of approvals for EB2 based on the excel sheets seems like this :
2005 - EB2 approval less than 30 % of the filing, 39 % is pending for a looooog time, rest are rejects
2006 - EB2 so far - 41 % of the filing is approved,
2005 EB3 Approval rate 44 %
BEC to Conversion to PERM Processs - Rejection rate 78 %

Even i got the Section: UNKNOWN thing from NSC. My 140 approved on MAY 2007, But online case status is still showing case pending, Is it because of this?

Thanks for the interest and comments guys! I think I'll keep the pictures as is for now, they are dark but at the same time that brings a mood to them. Nik, your picture look a little bit too bright to me but it's a nice try. Maybe I could try some selective dodge to bring out the eye and some other details without brightening up the whole scene.
